From Windows Email Program

You first need to access the domain email administrator area to add/administer email boxes here: http://webmail.retailamerica.net

Server info to download email via Outlook type POP3 client:
Incoming Mail (POP3): mail.retailamerica.net
Outgoing Mail (SMTP): <your ISP setting for this -- look at your ISP mail account for this>
Account Name: [such as yourname@yourdomainname.com]
Password [whatever it was set to when set up in domainadmin]

To Set Up Your E-mail Account in Microsoft Outlook

1. In Microsoft Outlook, from the Tools menu, select E-mail Accounts. outlook1.png

2. On the Outlook popup window, select to "Add a new e-mail account" and click on Next. outlook2.png

3. For your server type, select POP3, and then click Next. outlook3.png

  1. On the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3/IMAP) window, enter your imformation as follows:

Your Name: Your first and last name.
E-mail Address: Your email address. [whatever it was set to when set up]
User Name: Your email address, again.
Password: Your email account password. [whatever it was set to when set up]
Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.retailamerica.net
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Contact Internet Service Provider for outgoing mail server info. If they require user/pass to send mail click More Settings. On the Internet E-mail Settings window, go to the Outgoing Server tab and select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication if that is the case and enter the user/pass they provided, as well as entering the port information under the Advanced tab to whatever the ISP requires. Click OK.

4. From the Internet E-mail Settings click Next. outlook7.png
